The Marathon for a Better Life has been helping Schoharie County residents with cancer since 1996. Since we started this organization has raised millions of dollars and has helped thousands of people of all ages who have been battling cancer by giving financial assistance to help with the bills that weigh heavily on the patient's mind. We seek to provide relief and support to Schoharie County residents currently fighting cancer and encourage community solidarity between those who are fighting cancer, those who have fought cancer, and all those within Schoharie County who choose to be the helpers.
