2026 will be a big year for us, celebrating our 30th anniversary!! Preparations for a banner year are already underway! As part of our celebration, we are looking back and recognizing all of the amazing people who have made this journey possible. Our records show that, at some point in our journey, you led a team that participated in one or more of our annual events. First and foremost, thank you for your support of Marathon for a Better Life. We have been blessed with the overwhelming support of our community and especially people like you who have worked tirelessly to assist our friends and family who have struggled / are struggling with cancer. We invite you to share your story and become a chapter in our history. We will publish your story on the Legacy Page of our website and make it available in printed form as well. Tell us about you, your team and the person(s) you honor. Among other things, please share: - What year(s) did you participate? - Why did you choose to lead a team? - Who did/do you honor? Why were they special? What do you want people to know about them? - What were some of the activities you sponsored? - What are some of your fondest memories of or the best part of participating? - Pictures are encouraged – team photos, photo of the person you honor(ed), etc. We have included a template for sharing information with this letter.
